Top Basketball Games on iOS in Ukraine: Q2 2021 Performance

During the second quarter of 2021, the performance of the top five basketball games on iOS in Ukraine showed varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Basketball Arena - Sports Game from MASOMO LIMITED experienced a declining trend in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 1.2K at the beginning of April and dropping to around 175 by the end of June. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at about $249 in late March and seeing a low of $50 in mid-June. The number of active users also decreased, from 3.3K in late March to just over 1K by the end of June.

NBA LIVE Mobile Basketball by Electronic Arts saw a slight increase in weekly downloads, beginning at 218 and rising to 342 by the end of the quarter. Revenue showed some volatility, with highs of $199 in early May. Active user numbers remained relatively stable, ranging between 15.6K and 20.2K throughout the quarter.

NBA 2K Mobile Basketball Game published by 2K had its weekly downloads start at 189, with a notable increase to 334 by the end of June. Revenue saw a peak of $325 in mid-May before declining. Active users showed a slight upward trend, increasing from 310 at the start to 447 by the end of the quarter.

Basketball Stars™: Multiplayer from Miniclip.com experienced a significant drop in weekly downloads, from 959 in late March to just 112 by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar pattern, with a high of $169 in late March and a low of $25 in mid-May. Active users decreased from 4.5K in late March to 933 by the end of June.

Lastly, Flipper Dunk by Rollic Games had inconsistent download numbers, with a notable peak of 581 in late April and a subsequent decrease to 227 by the end of June. Revenue remained minimal throughout the quarter. Active users increased significantly, from 115 in late March to a peak of 642 in late June.
